Please note that warranty repairs of HP Pavilions and Compaq Presario's are required (by HP) to be done at their depot. Contact HP directly if you have a Pavilion or Presario that is under warranty to get directions for sending your unit to the HP Depot. Non-warranty Pavilions and Presarios are done here at Atiwa in-house and will be diagnosed within our standard one-business-day.
